1. What we collect

• From Telegram: your Telegram user id, first name, and username (if set) — provided when you open the app. We do not receive your Telegram password or your private chats.
• Store & product data you create: store name, description, city, hours, contact handle, product names, descriptions, prices, and photos you upload.
• Activity needed to run the service: subscription payment records (and the screenshot you upload), enquiries between buyers and sellers made through the app, and basic usage events (e.g. store/product views) used for your own analytics.

2. How we use it

We use this data to operate your storefront, show stores and products to buyers, connect buyers with sellers, verify subscription payments, provide merchant analytics, and keep the platform safe. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Photos

Photos you upload are processed to remove location (GPS/EXIF) metadata before they are shown, and are stored on our servers to display on your storefront.

4. What is shared

Your public store information (name, products, prices, contact handle, city, hours) is visible to anyone browsing the marketplace or your store link — that is the point of a storefront. When a buyer contacts you, your chosen contact handle is shared so they can reach you on Telegram. We do not share your data with advertisers.

5. Deletion on request

You can ask us to delete your store and personal data by contacting support. We will remove your store, products, and personal profile data. Note: financial ledger records tied to confirmed payments are kept for accounting integrity, but your store is removed from public view.

6. Data retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and take reasonable measures to protect it. No online service is perfectly secure, but access is restricted and sensitive fields (like PINs) are stored hashed, never in plain text.

• እንቅስቃሴ አገልግሎቱን ለማስኬድ የሚያስፈልግ፦ የደንበኝነት ክፍያ መዝገቦች (እና የሚሰቅሉት ስክሪንሾት)፣ በመተግበሪያው በኩል በገዢና ሻጭ መካከል የሚደረጉ ጥያቄዎች፣ እና ለራስዎ ትንተና የሚያገለግሉ መሠረታዊ የአጠቃቀም መረጃዎች (ለምሳሌ የሱቅ/ምርት እይታዎች)።

2. እንዴት እንደምንጠቀምበት

3. ፎቶዎች

የሚሰቅሏቸው ፎቶዎች ከመታየታቸው በፊት የአካባቢ (GPS/EXIF) መረጃ እንዲወገድ ተደርገው ይሰናዳሉ፤ በሱቅዎ ላይ ለማሳየት በአገልጋዮቻችን ላይ ይቀመጣሉ።

4. የሚጋራው

የሱቅዎ ይፋዊ መረጃ (ስም፣ ምርቶች፣ ዋጋዎች፣ የመገኛ አድራሻ፣ ከተማ፣ ሰዓት) ገበያውን ወይም የሱቅዎን ሊንክ ለሚያስስ ለማንኛውም ሰው ይታያል — የሱቅ ዓላማም ይኸው ነው። ገዢ ሲያገኝዎት፣ በቴሌግራም ሊደርስዎ እንዲችል የመረጡት የመገኛ አድራሻ ይጋራል። መረጃዎን ለማስታወቂያ ሰጪዎች አናጋራም።

5. በጥያቄ መሰረዝ

እገዛን በማግኘት ሱቅዎንና የግል መረጃዎን እንድናጠፋ መጠየቅ ይችላሉ። ሱቅዎን፣ ምርቶችዎንና የግል መገለጫ መረጃዎን እናስወግዳለን። ማሳሰቢያ፦ ከተረጋገጡ ክፍያዎች ጋር የተያያዙ የሂሳብ (ledger) መዝገቦች ለሂሳብ ትክክለኛነት ይቀመጣሉ፤ ሆኖም ሱቅዎ ከይፋ እይታ ይወገዳል።

6. የመረጃ አያያዝና ደህንነት

መለያዎ ንቁ እስከሆነ ድረስ መረጃዎን እናቆያለን፤ እሱን ለመጠበቅም ተገቢ እርምጃዎችን እንወስዳለን። ማንኛውም የመስመር ላይ አገልግሎት ፍጹም ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ ባይሆንም፣ መዳረሻ የተገደበ ሲሆን ሚስጥራዊ መስኮች (እንደ PIN ያሉ) በግልጽ ጽሁፍ ሳይሆን ተመስጥረው (hashed) ይቀመጣሉ።
