1. What SuqHub is

SuqHub is a platform for Ethiopian merchants to open a digital storefront and list products inside Telegram, and for buyers to browse those stores and contact sellers. SuqHub provides the storefront and marketplace tools only.

2. SuqHub connects — it does not transact between buyer and seller

SuqHub is not a party to any sale between a buyer and a seller. We do not process, hold, or guarantee payment for goods or services between buyers and sellers, and we do not handle delivery. Any purchase, price, negotiation, payment, delivery, warranty, or dispute is strictly between the buyer and the seller. SuqHub is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any listed item.

3. Merchant subscriptions

• Opening your first store includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial, keeping a store live requires a paid subscription (Basic, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise).
• Subscription payments are made manually by Telebirr and confirmed by our team after you upload a payment screenshot. Prices are shown in ETB in the app.
• Subscription payments are non-refundable. A paid period is prepaid and is not refunded if you stop using the store, downgrade, or your store is suspended for a policy violation.
• Additional stores beyond your first do not receive a trial and must have their subscription paid before they go live.

4. Acceptable use & suspension

You agree not to use SuqHub to list prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items, to defraud or spam buyers, or to abuse other users. We may suspend a store or ban an account for violating these terms. Enforcement is graduated: a store may be frozen for non-payment (and can be reactivated by paying), and an account may be suspended or banned for policy or Terms violations, which also suspends the account's stores. Repeated or serious violations may be permanent.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the store name, product names, descriptions, prices, and photos you publish. You confirm you have the right to use the images and content you upload.

6. No warranty; limitation

SuqHub is provided "as is". We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, SuqHub is not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform or from any dealing between buyers and sellers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.

1. SuqHub ምንድን ነው

SuqHub ለኢትዮጵያ ነጋዴዎች በቴሌግራም ውስጥ ዲጂታል ሱቅ ከፍተው ምርቶቻቸውን እንዲያስተዋውቁ፣ ገዢዎችም ሱቆቹን አስሰው ከሻጮች ጋር እንዲገናኙ የሚያስችል መድረክ ነው። SuqHub የሚያቀርበው የሱቅና የገበያ መሳሪያዎችን ብቻ ነው።

2. SuqHub የሚያገናኝ ነው — በገዢና ሻጭ መካከል ግብይት አያከናውንም

SuqHub በገዢና በሻጭ መካከል በሚደረግ ማንኛውም ሽያጭ ውስጥ ተሳታፊ አይደለም። በገዢና ሻጭ መካከል ያለውን ክፍያ አናስተናግድም፣ አንይዝም ወይም ዋስትና አንሰጥም፤ አቅርቦትንም (delivery) አናከናውንም። ማንኛውም ግዢ፣ ዋጋ፣ ድርድር፣ ክፍያ፣ አቅርቦት፣ ዋስትና ወይም አለመግባባት በገዢና በሻጭ መካከል ብቻ የሚፈታ ነው። SuqHub በተዘረዘረ ዕቃ ጥራት፣ ደህንነት፣ ሕጋዊነት ወይም አቅርቦት ላይ ኃላፊነት አይወስድም።

3. የነጋዴ ደንበኝነት

• የመጀመሪያ ሱቅዎን መክፈት የ14 ቀን ነፃ ሙከራ ያካትታል። ከሙከራ በኋላ ሱቅዎን ንቁ ማድረግ የሚከፈልበት ደንበኝነት ይጠይቃል (Basic፣ Growth፣ Pro ወይም Enterprise)።
• የደንበኝነት ክፍያ በቴሌብር በእጅ የሚፈጸም ሲሆን የክፍያ ስክሪንሾት ከሰቀሉ በኋላ በቡድናችን ይረጋገጣል። ዋጋዎች በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ በብር ይታያሉ።
• የደንበኝነት ክፍያዎች ተመላሽ አይደረጉም። የተከፈለበት ጊዜ አስቀድሞ የተከፈለ ነው፤ ሱቅዎን መጠቀም ቢያቆሙ፣ ዝቅ ቢያደርጉ ወይም ሱቅዎ በደንብ ጥሰት ቢታገድ ተመላሽ አይሆንም።
• ከመጀመሪያው ሱቅ በላይ የሚከፈቱ ተጨማሪ ሱቆች ሙከራ አያገኙም፤ ንቁ ከመሆናቸው በፊት ደንበኝነታቸው መከፈል አለበት።

4. ተቀባይነት ያለው አጠቃቀም እና ማገድ

SuqHub ን የተከለከሉ፣ የተጭበረበሩ ወይም ሕገ-ወጥ ዕቃዎችን ለማስተዋወቅ፣ ገዢዎችን ለማጭበርበር ወይም ሌሎች ተጠቃሚዎችን ለማጉላላት እንደማይጠቀሙ ይስማማሉ። ይህን ውል በመጣስ ሱቅ ማገድ ወይም መለያ ማገድ እንችላለን። አፈጻጸሙ ደረጃ በደረጃ ነው፦ ሱቅ ባለመክፈል ሊታገድ ይችላል (በመክፈል እንደገና ሊነቃ ይችላል)፤ መለያም በደንብ ወይም በውል ጥሰት ሊታገድ ይችላል፣ ይህም የመለያውን ሱቆች አብሮ ያግዳል። ተደጋጋሚ ወይም ከባድ ጥሰት ዘላቂ ሊሆን ይችላል።

5. የእርስዎ ይዘት

የሚያሳትሙትን የሱቅ ስም፣ የምርት ስሞች፣ መግለጫዎች፣ ዋጋዎችና ፎቶዎች ትክክለኛነትና ሕጋዊነት ኃላፊነት የእርስዎ ነው። የሚሰቅሏቸውን ምስሎችና ይዘት የመጠቀም መብት እንዳለዎት ያረጋግጣሉ።

6. ዋስትና የለም፤ ገደብ

SuqHub "እንዳለ" ነው የሚቀርበው። አገልግሎቱን ለማቆየት እንሰራለን ነገር ግን ያለ ማቋረጥ ወይም ያለ ስህተት እንደሚሆን ዋስትና አንሰጥም። ሕጉ በሚፈቅደው መጠን፣ SuqHub መድረኩን ከመጠቀም ወይም በገዢና ሻጭ መካከል ካለ ማንኛውም ግንኙነት ለሚመጣ ኪሳራ ኃላፊነት አይወስድም።

7. ለውጦች

ይህን ውል ማሻሻል እንችላለን። ከተሻሻለ በኋላ መጠቀምዎን መቀጠል የተሻሻለውን ውል መቀበልዎን ያሳያል። ጉልህ ለውጦች ከላይ ባለው "መጨረሻ የተሻሻለው" ቀን ይንጸባረቃሉ።
